Scanning, Archiving and Imaging Services:
Scanning Innovations, LLC provides solutions to that overflowing records
storage room by converting paper documents into electronic images.
The images are exact electronic copies of a paper document. Once scanned
into images, the documents can be integrated into a computer network
accessed by multiple users. Documents that are scheduled to be archived
can be imaged to CDs, DVDs, optical disks, or safely stored
on a server with a user-defined destruction date. (see

Document Management Software:
Scanning Innovations LLC is a Value Added Reseller (VAR) for Computhink,
Inc., an international company that has developed ViewWise. This robust
electronic document management tool allows you to make appropriate
decisions from your desktop, or remotely via the internet. (see more

Disaster Recovery Plans:
A majority of companies today, large and small, don’t have
an adequate plan for the recovery of critical documents. These documents
are susceptible to all forms of loss or destruction. If a major disaster
such as a fire or a hurricane destroys these documents, the cost of
recovery and/or reconstruction can be immense. It has been reported
