Scanning Innovations, LLC is a Tampa Bay Area, FL based company offering scanning and imaging solutions, enabling clients, both residential and commercial, to maintain complete and secure document integrity.

Scanning Innovations, LLC started as an idea in August, 2004 during Hurricane Charley.
As business owners, we were busy scrambling around our homes and offices, trying to secure the integrity of our own documents and valuables. Once we had our paper documents secured in the back of our van, we asked the question: If this is what we are doing to save our own businesses, what are other business owners doing with their stored documents? What happens to a business when the roof blows off their office and all their paper documents are destroyed?

Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened to a number of businesses, even banks, during Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Jeanne, and Ivan in 2004 alone. Then, in 2005, along came Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and our idea to start a document management consulting, scanning and archiving company became a reality.
